1. About your experience

No, you don’t need any previous experience.

Before we set off, your rider will show you exactly how to get on and off the Harley, how to position yourself, where to hold on, and how to lean into the bike’s movements during the ride.

All you have to do is follow their cues, relax, and enjoy the ride.

No. With Ride Experience Barcelona, you travel as a passenger, and we do the driving.

Your rider handles the Harley and the route so you can focus 100% on enjoying Barcelona, the open road, the music, and the overall experience.
If you have a motorcycle license and are looking to rent and drive your own Harley, get in touch with us and we can guide you toward other local options.

Sí. Every single ride is an exclusive, private experience for you.

We never mix bookings or create large tourist groups. If you are booking for multiple people, each passenger will ride on their own Harley with their own personal rider, traveling together along the exact same route.

Absolutely! This experience is perfectly designed for solo travelers: just you, your Harley, and your rider. You don’t need a group to live the adventure.

You can book your own private ride and explore Barcelona or its surroundings as the sole star of the journey.

Yes. Our proposed routes offer flexibility, meaning your experience can be tailored to your needs whenever possible.

If there’s a specific spot you’d love to check out, a particular detour you want to add, or if you wish to extend the tour, just let us know when booking. We’ll look into what’s possible while respecting timing, the route, and above all, safety.

Your ride, your soundtrack.

You can pick one of our go-to playlists before we head out: from 80s anthems and soft rock to pure rock ’n’ roll, road trip vibes, or sunset sounds.

The music plays through the Harley’s onboard audio system, and we can easily adjust the volume so you can enjoy the music without missing the best parts of the ride: the roar of the engine, the open road, and Barcelona.

2. Before your ride

Yes. As a general rule, the minimum age to participate is 18.

In certain cases, we may accept minors aged 12 and older, subject to prior evaluation and with the express written authorization of a parent or legal guardian. For passengers under 16, a parent or legal guardian must also actively participate in the ride.

In all cases, without exception, the passenger must be able to sit properly and securely plant their feet on the motorcycle’s footpegs.

Children under 12 are strictly not permitted to participate.

We do not set a minimum height restriction: the only requirement is that you can sit properly and securely plant your feet on the footpegs.
Regarding weight, the Harley has maximum load limits that we must respect. If you have any doubts, please contact us before booking so we can make sure you can enjoy the experience with total safety.

You don’t need specialized biker gear, but you do need comfortable clothing suitable for riding a motorcycle.

You must wear clothes that cover your body, along with closed-toe shoes that fit securely. For maximum comfort and protection, we highly recommend long pants, long sleeves, and sturdy footwear. Flip-flops or similar footwear are strictly not permitted.
We provide the certified helmet. You just bring your desire to enjoy.

Your ride includes everything you need to fully enjoy the experience:

  • Harley-Davidson motorcycle with a local rider.
  • Fuel.
  • DOT/ECE certified helmet.
  • Safety briefing before setting off.
  • Your choice of playlist.
  • Scheduled stops along the route.
  • Photos taken by your rider.
  • Digital destination guide (exclusively for routes that include free time).

The price you see is the final price of your ride, with no hidden fees or extra costs for the chosen route.

Yes, as long as it is light.

You can bring small personal items that can be securely stored on the Harley. If you plan to bring a backpack, bag, or other luggage, please let us know beforehand to ensure we have enough storage space.

Suitcases and bulky items cannot be transported during the ride.

For safety reasons, phones, cameras, and other loose items must remain securely put away while the motorcycle is in motion.

We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially if you have a specific date or time in mind.

For solo travelers, we may even be able to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. For experiences involving two or more passengers, we recommend requesting your booking at least 24 hours in advance, as we need to coordinate multiple bikes and riders.

Once we verify availability, we will validate your request and send you a payment link. Your booking will be officially confirmed once the payment is completed.

3. Safety and comfort

Safety is always our top priority.

Before setting off, we’ll do a safety briefing to explain how to position yourself, where to hold on, and how to move comfortably as a passenger. Your rider will adapt their driving style to the traffic, the route, and you, always respecting traffic regulations.

Additionally, we inspect the motorcycle before every single workday and carry the basic gear needed to handle minor incidents along the way.

This isn’t about speeding. It’s about enjoying the Harley, the open road, and Barcelona with peace of mind.

Yes. A DOT/ECE certified helmet is included in your ride, and we have different sizes to ensure a proper and comfortable fit.

If you prefer to use your own helmet, you are welcome to do so, provided it is fully certified, in good condition, and suitable for the experience.

Before we head out, we’ll check together to make sure everything is properly adjusted.

Just let your rider know.

Before setting off, we’ll agree on a few very simple hand signals to communicate while on the road. If you need to stop for any reason, we’ll find the next safe spot to pull over.

If at any point you feel unwell or simply need a few minutes, we’ll stop, take a break, and decide together how to proceed. Your comfort and safety always come before the route.

4. Bookings, changes, and weather

You can request your ride directly through our website or contact us via WhatsApp.

Let us know your preferred route, date, time, and how many passengers will be participating. We’ll check availability, and once your request is accepted, you’ll receive all the information needed to confirm and complete your booking payment.

If you want to customize any details of the experience, this is also the perfect time to let us know.

We know that plans can change.

You can request your first date or time change at no cost up to 24 hours before your original scheduled ride, always subject to availability.

If you need to cancel, our general refund policy is:

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% management and administrative fee.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours notice: 70% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be issued.

If an exceptional circumstance arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to find the best possible solution.

A rainy forecast doesn’t necessarily mean we have to cancel your ride. We closely monitor the weather evolution and evaluate the real conditions to ensure the experience can be done safely.

Light rain may allow us to continue or adapt the route. If the conditions are unsafe, we can delay the departure time, modify the ride, or look for a new date.

If we ultimately decide that it is unsafe to run the experience and you cannot reschedule it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Safety will always come before the ride.
